The Pathfinders program creates individualized Life Plans for adults with
developmental disabilities. Life Plans help communicate how the person needs to be supported to support staff. We are currently looking for a Facilitator for this unique program.
This job is 20 hours per week and includes benefits.
ADVENTURES IN BUSINESS PROGRAM
The Adventures in Business (A.I.B.) program supports self-employed small business owners with developmental disabilities. We are currently looking for a Mentor in this unique program. Mentors provide support to the Business Owners in the operation of their small art & floral businesses.
This job is 10 hours per week.
