The Regional Self-Advocacy Project (RSAP) is a cooperative effort of the We Care A Lot Foundation, Far Northern Regional Center (FNRC) and the Area ll Developmental Disabilities Board. Our mission is to promote self-advocacy by developing leadership skills, self-esteem, peer support and the group process in adults with developmental disabilities in the northern counties of California served by FNRC. The main ways the RSAP promotes self-advocacy are through Support Groups, People First and Peer-to-Peer Teaching.
